9:00 am – Visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, a conservation organization that rescues and rehabilitates orphaned elephants and rhinos. You can watch the baby elephants being fed and learn about the organization’s work.

11:00 am – Drive to the Giraffe Centre, a sanctuary for endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. Here, you can feed the giraffes, learn about their behavior, and take photos with them.

12:30 pm – Head to the Karen Blixen Museum, the former home of the author of Out of Africa. You can take a guided tour of the house, and the gardens, plus learn about Blixen’s life in Kenya.
